Fruit, vegetables, plants, flowers and seeds There are limitations on what you can bring of vegetables, fruit, berries, plants and seeds to Norway.

Import of plants and seeds Private citizens may import up to 50 packets of garden seeds without a permit. Companies needs a phytosanitary certificate to import plants and seeds. They must also be registered as an importer with the Norwegian Food Safety Authority.
